The Process
Six careful steps.
Restoration is patient work — but tightly choreographed. Each piece moves through the studio in 3–5 business days from approved design to dispatch.

- 01
Salvage
We collect discs from estate sales, closing record shops, recycling centres and individual donations across the Netherlands and beyond.
- 02
Sort & assess
Each disc is inspected. Surface condition and reflectivity decide which design it can carry best.
- 03
Restore
Cleaning, micro-polishing and scratch repair. We prepare a perfect canvas without compromising the metal layer.
- 04
Print
Custom artwork is laid directly onto each disc with our flatbed UV printer — sharp, durable, and yours alone.
- 05
Compose & mount
We arrange the printed discs to your room's dimensions and fix them to a low-profile backing with invisible hardware.
- 06
Ship & assemble
Every order ships as a complete assembly kit — pre-arranged discs, low-profile backing, invisible hardware, and a printed card with a QR code that opens a step-by-step instructional video. We ship across all of Europe (44 countries).

Materials & Equipment
The tools behind the finish.
Every disc passes through the same calibrated kit — the reason a REDiscora piece looks identical at disc one and disc one hundred.
- Roland VersaUV LEF2-200
- Flatbed UV printer with white + CMYK + gloss channels for opaque colour over reflective polycarbonate.
- LED-cured UV inks
- Scratch- and UV-resistant. Cures instantly with no off-gassing or fade in indoor light.
- Two-stage polish
- Diamond-grade compound followed by a microfibre buff to lift haze without thinning the metal layer.
- Optical clarity cleaner
- Solvent-free, anti-static — leaves zero residue on the read side.
- Aluminium composite backing
- 3 mm Dibond panels cut to room dimensions. Light, rigid, archival.
- VHB invisible mounts
- Aerospace-grade adhesive pads. Holds each disc 4 mm proud of the wall, no visible hardware.
